Terms and conditions
The tourist tax is € 1.50 per night per person and is an extra to be paid locally. Children under 14 are exempt. If you book a stay longer than 10 nights, you will pay the city tax up to the 10th night.
Cancellation Policies:
- Up to 30 days before the day of arrival: no penalty.
- From 29 - 3 days before arrival, the confirmatory deposit will be retained which can be used for another holiday during the same year.
- From 2 to 0 days, in the event of a no-show, late arrival or early departure, the full amount of the holiday will be charged.
The reservation will become effective only after the payment of the deposit.
